Sessions can include but are not limited to channeling, energy work, crystal therapy, and action plans. Sessions are done over the telephone with great success. Therapists of many different disciplines find working over the telephone provides the client an opportunity to relax and be open in the comfort and security of their own home. Sigmund Freud's approach to having clients lay down on a couch was to break eye contact which established the client's sense of having their own private space in the office...within that sense of privacy, the security to open, surrender and receive occurs.
The same principle is amplified within the comfort,security, and privacy of your own home.
